We have access to additional cattle from local ranchers we know and trust. Because these cattle don’t have all the branded certifications (and associated costs) that our cattle have we are able to offer them at a lower price. These are quality Angus based genetics that will grade choice or better, are safe, wholesome, and tasty.

**Kill fee and cut / wrap costs are paid directly to the butcher and are based on 90 cents / pound.

Cost of beef and delivery to the butcher are included in the price.
