We bought a 1/2 beef from Matt this summer. We have always raised our own beef, but have retired and leased the ranch out, so no longer have our own. Having to buy our meat now, we are going to buy the very best we can get and that is why we went with Matt. He is not a stranger and we know he knows how to raise good beef. I was going to email you. Yes we picked it up on Wednesday before our camping trip. I just want to say as you know I am fairly new over the last few years to eating beef. I never understood how people liked it because of the toughness and blah taste. Oh my word Matt the hamburger and tri-tip so far are amazing. My husband and felt like we were tasting beef for the first time. Thank you so much for letting us purchase such amazing beef from you. Hubby laughed because he always had left overs but I couldn’t stop at just a few bites. Hope you and family are doing well.

Hi Matt; sorry that I haven’t gotten back to you. Got the meat and it was almost 4 days before we got to try it out. Rib steaks were fantastic. Taste and Tender a 10 all the way. Couldn’t be happier. Only tried the steaks so far, just been one of those weeks, but am sure that all the cuts are going to be just as good. Thank you.

Hi Matt-Got it just fine. I have to admit I had forgotten how much hamburger came out of half a beef! made a very tasty meatloaf last night and look forward to sandwiches from the leftovers. Also anxious to try a steak and roast, but haven’t yet. Thanks for checking. I’ll let you know how the higher cuts taste.

Made hamburgers tonight with 90/10 and they were great. Definitely tell the difference between store bought

So far everything we have tried has been great! It was a painless process (except for fitting it in my freezer lol) and very simple.
