We are a local Treasure Valley ranch family that raises registered Black Angus and Hereford cattle. Our genetics (bulls) are used by ranchers throughout the western United States to improve the quality of their cattle. The genetics of our cattle consistently produces high carcass (meat) quality. We are part of a cooperative of ranchers that sells most of our beef in high end retail and restaurants. About our beef…
- Beef comes directly from our ranch or is sourced from like minded ranches we know and trust.
- Cattle always have access to a high-quality vegetarian diet and fresh clean water
- Cattle are handled and managed with strict animal welfare standards
- We finish in excess of 1,000 head per year. Most of our beef ends up in branded beef programs in grocery stores.
- All cattle are grass fed and corn finished
- Because we finish a lot of cattle our product is consistent. In excess of 90% of our cattle grade choice or prime.
